Reports are readable on screen, but the numbers are yours — every breakdown table has a CSV export button.

Export a report

  1. Set your filters first — date range, location, category. The export matches what you've filtered, so "March only" exports March only.
  2. Click the CSV button on the table.
  3. The file downloads — open it in Excel or Google Sheets, or hand it to your accountant.

What exports well

  • Sales by product/customer/cashier — commission calcs, reorder planning
  • Stock valuation — the inventory number for year-end accounts
  • Invoice lists — per-transaction detail for audits

One limit

Very large exports cap at a fixed row count — the button warns if your filter exceeds it. Narrow the date range and export in slices instead of one mega-file.

Tip: Filter before exporting — a CSV of "everything" is a file nobody reads. Export the slice that answers the question.
