The tabs
| Tab | Answers |
|---|---|
| Overview | The trend — daily/weekly net sales & profit, top 10 products |
| Products | Per-product net qty, sales and profit — what's earning |
| Categories | Which sections of the shop carry it |
| Customers | Who buys most (credit customers included) |
| Cashiers | Sales per staff member — the till-performance view |
| Registers | Per-till totals across locations |
Every table shows net qty, net sales, profit, collected — "net" means returns already subtracted, "collected" means cash actually in vs. credit outstanding.
Use it well
- Overview daily — the pulse check; weekly for the trend
- Products monthly — feeds your reorder decisions; bottom sellers feed clearance
- Cashiers — pairs with the audit log when a shift looks thin
Export
Every table exports to CSV — see exporting data.
Tip: Profit here is margin on what sold (sale price vs cost). For the full business picture — expenses included — that's the income statement.
