Customize the receipt
Logo, messages, VAT number, paper size — make the receipt look like your shop's.

Every receipt your till prints is built from Settings → Receipt. This is where the shop's name, footer and tax number come from.
What you can set
Identity:
- Store name, address, phone — the header block
- VAT / TRN number — printed for tax-registered businesses
- Receipt logo — uploads to the top of the slip
Messages:
- Header message — under the logo ("Quality footwear for every step")
- Footer message — policies ("No returns without receipt")
- Thank-you line and the Powered-by credit
Extras:
- QR code URL — scans to your website or review page
- Social links — Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, website, email printed at the foot
Layout:
- Paper width — match your thermal roll (58mm / 80mm)
- Invoice size — compact receipt vs. fuller invoice layout
- Toggles: show logo, show VAT, show barcode
Test it
After saving, print a test — the POS printer setup has a test-print button. See printer not printing if it doesn't come out.
Tip: Put your returns policy in the footer message. "Exchange within 7 days with receipt" on every slip settles arguments before they start.
