Dropshipping → Imported products lists every supplier product in your store, with the math that matters side by side: wholesale at import, your price, and the gross margin between them.
Statuses
- Active — selling normally.
- Paused — the copy is in your catalog but not live.
- Supplier unavailable — the supplier delisted it (or was suspended/blocked). The product is unpublished automatically; if the supplier restores it, publish it again yourself.
- Removed — taken out of your store.
A Published / Draft column shows the storefront state separately.
Price alerts
When a supplier changes their wholesale price, the row gets a Supplier price changed badge and an amber banner counts them. Open Review price, set a new retail — the alert clears. Ignoring it just shrinks your margin; nothing else protects it.
Editing and removing
- Edit opens the normal product editor — change images, description, retail price, online visibility. Imported products stay storefront-only: no POS, no stock, and they can't be re-listed to other resellers.
- Remove takes the product out of your store. Orders already placed are unaffected — the supplier still ships them.
Tip: Re-importing a product you removed revives it as a fresh copy — check its price and publish state again.
