Dropshipping → Dropship orders shows both sides of every parcel: As reseller (your customers' orders you're passing on) and As supplier (orders resellers forwarded to you). Status chips filter the queue.
The lifecycle
Awaiting your confirmation → Sent to supplier → Accepted → Shipped → Delivered — with Rejected, Cancelled, RTO and Returned as the exits.
As reseller
- A customer buys an imported product on your storefront — the order lands as Awaiting your confirmation (or forwards itself if your forward mode is automatic).
- Check it, then Confirm & send — the supplier gets a clean order: items, delivery address, and the COD amount to collect.
- Watch the status — shipped parcels show the courier and tracking; an order in transit over a week flags its age.
Cancelling: before forwarding you can cancel outright. After forwarding it becomes a cancel request — the supplier must reject it; an accepted parcel is already moving. Customer returns after delivery go through the supplier's return flow.
The row math: Customer pays (COD) − Supplier cost (wholesale + shipping fee) − Commission = Profit.
As supplier
- Forwarded orders wait on you — Accept within your acceptance window or they're auto-rejected (automatic mode accepts on arrival and reserves your stock).
- Pick the courier, enter the tracking number, mark shipped. If a cancel request is pending, resolve it first — accept and ship are blocked while it's open.
- On courier confirmation mark delivered — that's the moment the money posts — or RTO if the customer refused.
- A delivered order inside your return window can be marked returned (customer return / damaged / wrong item) — the collected COD unwinds back to the reseller.
Slip prints the price-free A4 packing slip — items and a COD box only, never wholesale or margin. Your packaging setting decides whether it carries the reseller's branding or neutral.
Ship-from: with dispatch on Auto, each order picks a location that can cover it; you can switch it while unshipped. Made-to-order products accept at zero stock — the goods just have to be at the dispatch location before you ship.
Tip: Dropship orders also appear in Orders with the Dropship channel — the order detail opens the same fulfilment panel (forward, accept, courier and tracking) so staff never have to hunt.
