As a supplier, other SYEZPOS stores resell your products and you ship the parcels to their customers. Two switches control it: your supplier account (approved by the platform) and the per-product listing.
Apply and set up
Open Settings → Dropshipping → Supplier:
- Enable supplying and accept the dropshipping terms — your account goes pending until the platform approves it (suspended accounts lose their listings).
- Set your public supplier name and a short about — resellers see these on the marketplace.
- Set dispatch time (days you take to hand over a parcel) and shipping regions (blank = nationwide).
List a product
Open any product in Products and find the Dropshipping card:
- Toggle Available for dropshipping — independent of POS and online visibility; resellers only ever see products you tick.
- Set the wholesale price (what the reseller pays per unit) and an optional suggested retail.
- Override wholesale per variant where sizes or colors cost differently.
- Made to order products can accept orders at zero stock — the goods must reach the dispatch location before shipping.
The marketplace shows resellers a stock band (in / low / out), never your exact units — and with dispatch on Auto it counts stock across all your locations. A pinned dispatch location scopes it to that one shelf; units elsewhere warn separately.
Order settings
- Order acceptance — manual (you approve each, with an acceptance window in hours before auto-reject) or automatic.
- Dispatch location — Auto picks whichever location can cover each order, or pin one store.
- Shipping fee — charged to the reseller per parcel. RTO fee — charged when the customer refuses delivery.
- Payout hold — days a delivered parcel's earnings stay held before you can pay the reseller (covers your return window).
- Packaging — reseller-branded slip or neutral.
- COD — dropship orders are cash on delivery; switch it off and resellers can't send you orders.
Then work the supplier side of Dropship orders: accept, ship, deliver, record COD remittances and pay out through Settlements.
Tip: You never see the reseller's customer email — the order carries the delivery address and COD amount only. The packing slip is price-free, so wholesale never leaks into the box.
