External suppliers (Markaz & co.)

Marketplace dropshipping needs a supplier on SYEZPOS — but you can also resell from an external supplier (Markaz-style sites, wholesalers with a catalog file). You import their product file once, then fulfil each customer parcel yourself: place the order on the supplier's site, track it, pay the supplier separately.

Import their catalog

1. Open Products → Bulk import and switch to Supplier file (Markaz…) mode.
2. Enter the supplier name — it's the key everything files under.
3. Download the external template or feed the supplier's own export — common column names (product id, wholesale, size, color, images) map automatically.
4. Review and import — up to 100 products per call, as drafts or published.

Re-importing the same file updates products by their supplier id — it never merges into the wrong product. Imported products carry External fulfilment: no stock, storefront-only, no POS.

Fulfil a parcel

Customer orders land under Dropshipping → External orders in a manual queue:

Cancel straight from the queue — there's no supplier on the platform to ask. The courier collects COD for you, so collect the payment on the order as usual.

Paying the supplier

The External suppliers tab keeps a running balance per supplier — their wholesale cost and shipping fee accrue with every delivery. When you pay them (bank transfer, cash), record the payment there with account and reference. Sync-job history shows past file imports.
