The customer paid the courier, the courier paid the supplier — so after every delivered parcel the supplier owes the reseller their share: the collected amount minus wholesale, shipping fee and platform commission. Dropshipping → Settlements tracks that debt per counterparty.
The two tabs
- Owed to me — as a reseller: what each supplier owes you.
- I owe — as a supplier: what you owe each reseller.
Each balance shows available, on hold and paid, plus the full payout history.
The payout hold
A delivered parcel's earnings stay held for the supplier's payout-hold period (seven days by default) — it covers the return window, so a parcel that comes back can't have been paid out already. Submit against available only.
Supplier: collect then pay
- COD remittance (on the supplier tab of Dropship orders) — when the courier hands over the collected cash, tick the delivered orders it covers, enter courier charges, the deposit account and a reference. Each order remits once.
- The reseller balance grows with each delivery — minus any RTO fees and returned COD.
- Record payout — enter the amount (capped at available), attach the payment proof (bank slip / receipt image), submit.
- The reseller confirms or disputes it from their Owed-to-me tab. A dispute returns the hold — the money isn't settled until confirmed.
Platform commission
The platform invoices each reseller monthly for the commission on their delivered dropship orders — it arrives like a normal billing invoice and is paid the same way, through proof upload. Returned orders are netted out of the cycle.
Note: Suppliers outside the platform don't appear here — their running balance lives under External suppliers.
