Dropshipping in SYEZPOS is a marketplace connecting stores: a supplier lists products at a wholesale price, a reseller sells them at retail on their own storefront, and the supplier ships the parcel straight to the customer — cash on delivery. The reseller never touches the stock and keeps the margin.
You can play either role — or both — from Settings → Dropshipping.
The two roles
| Role | You do | You get |
|---|---|---|
| Reseller | Import marketplace products, set retail prices, sell on your storefront | The margin — retail minus wholesale, shipping fee and platform commission |
| Supplier | List products at wholesale, accept orders, dispatch by courier | Wholesale + shipping fee per delivered parcel |
Turn it on
Open Settings → Dropshipping — two tabs, one per role:
- Reseller — enable reselling, choose whether new orders go to the supplier manually or automatically, and set a default margin. Reselling needs an online store on your plan.
- Supplier — enable supplying and accept the dropshipping terms. Your account goes to the platform for approval; listings go live once approved. Supplying is not available on demo workspaces or plans without it.
How the money moves
Dropship orders are cash on delivery — the customer pays the courier, the courier hands the collected cash to the supplier, and the supplier pays the reseller's share out of it. Balances, holds and payouts all live under Settlements. The platform invoices its commission on delivered orders monthly.
Good to know
- Imported (resold) products use no stock in your store and can't be sold at the POS counter — they're storefront-only.
- A mixed cart — your own stock plus imported items — splits into one order per parcel automatically at checkout.
- Suppliers never see the reseller's customer contact details beyond the delivery address, and resellers only see a stock band (in / low / out), never the supplier's exact units.
- Suppliers outside SYEZPOS (Markaz and the like) work too — see external suppliers.
- A public marketplace catalog lets prospective resellers browse what suppliers offer before they sign up.
Note: Enable reseller and supplier independently — a store can do just one, or both.
