Signing up lands you on a business trial workspace. Reselling needs a plan that includes the online store — then two switches and an import turn you into a reseller.

Turn reselling on

Open Settings → Dropshipping → Reseller:

  1. Enable reselling — this asks you to accept the dropshipping terms once.
  2. Choose the forward mode — orders go to the supplier manually after your review (recommended while you're new) or automatically the moment a customer buys.
  3. Set a default margin % — it prefills retail prices at import time (30 by default; anywhere from 0 to 1000 works).

The path to your first sale

  1. Enable your storefront — imported products only sell online.
  2. Set shipping rates and a payment method so checkout works.
  3. Browse the marketplace and find and import products — check the profit estimate before each import.
  4. Publish the imported products on your storefront.
  5. A customer buys — the order lands in Dropship orders, where you review, forward and track it to delivery.

What imported products are

A real product in your catalog, flagged Imported — but with its own rules: it carries no stock, sells on the storefront only, can't be rung up at the POS counter, and can't be re-listed to other resellers.

Note: Manual forward mode is the safer default — every order waits for your Confirm & send, so a fake or mistyped order never reaches the supplier.
