Enabling either dropshipping role asks you to accept the same marketplace terms once — your acceptance is timestamped. Supplier accounts then go pending until platform approval; a suspended supplier loses all their listings automatically.
The five terms
| # | Rule | It means |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Suppliers dispatch on time | An accepted order ships within the supplier's stated dispatch time, and the supplier books the courier themselves. |
| 2 | Orders are cash on delivery | The supplier collects the customer's full total through the courier — there is no prepaid channel between the sides. |
| 3 | Resellers own the customer | The customer relationship, the retail price and customer support belong to the reseller. |
| 4 | The platform charges commission | A commission applies to delivered dropship orders, and accounts with repeated rejections or refused parcels can be suspended. |
| 5 | RTO can cost the reseller | A refused parcel can incur the supplier's return (RTO) fee, charged to the reseller. |
What each side sees
- Suppliers see only the delivery address and the COD amount — never the customer's email or phone.
- Resellers see stock as bands (in / low / out), never the supplier's exact units.
- Packing slips are price-free — wholesale and margin never ship in the box. The supplier picks reseller-branded or neutral packaging.
Platform-wide
- The marketplace itself can be switched off platform-wide — when it is, no new dropship activity happens anywhere.
- Supplying is unavailable on demo workspaces, and on plans that don't include it.
Note: These terms are the marketplace's rulebook — the money mechanics behind rules 4 and 5 are laid out in fees, commission & payouts and returns & RTO.
