Supplying means other SYEZPOS stores sell your products and you ship the parcels. Before your listings go live there's an eligibility check, a settings checklist and platform approval.

Eligibility

  • A paid plan that includes the supply feature — supplying is not available on demo workspaces.
  • Platform approval — enabling goes pending until the platform reviews the account; suspended suppliers lose every listing automatically.

The setup checklist

Open Settings → Dropshipping → Supplier and work through:

SettingWhat it controls
Public supplier name + aboutYour marketplace profile — resellers see this
Dispatch timeDays you take to hand a parcel to the courier (0–30)
Shipping regionsWhere you deliver — blank means nationwide
Order acceptanceManual (with a 1–168 hour window before auto-reject) or automatic — automatic accepts on arrival and reserves stock
Dispatch locationAuto counts stock across all your locations and each parcel ships from whichever can cover it — or pin one location
Default courierThe courier preselected on new orders
Shipping feeWhat the reseller pays per parcel
RTO feeCharged to the reseller when the customer refuses delivery
Payout holdDays a delivered parcel's earnings stay held (0–30, default 7) — covers the return window
Return windowDays a delivered order can be marked returned (0–365, default 7)
PackagingReseller-branded or neutral packing
COD toggleOff means resellers can't send you orders at all

Accepting the marketplace terms happens once at enable time and is timestamped.

Per-product requirements

On each product's Dropshipping card:

  • Toggle Available for dropshipping — resellers only ever see ticked products.
  • Set the wholesale price — plus an optional MSRP.
  • Optional per-variant wholesale where sizes or colours cost differently.
  • Made-to-order products may accept orders at zero stock — but the goods must be at the dispatch location before you ship.

Ongoing obligations

  • Dispatch inside your stated time — accepted orders book the courier and ship within your dispatch days.
  • Accept inside your window — manual-mode orders auto-reject when the window lapses.
  • Keep wholesale prices honest — resellers get a supplier price changed alert when you move a price; their stale margins become their problem, but repeated surprises cost you resellers.
  • Repeated rejections or RTOs risk suspension — and suspension delists everything at once.

Tip: Start with dispatch on Auto and a generous acceptance window — tight windows you can't honour turn into auto-rejections, and auto-rejections count against you.
