FOR SUPPLIERS · EARLY ACCESS

Become a dropshipping supplier — let resellers sell your stock across Pakistan.

A business enables supplying in workspace settings, the platform reviews and approves it, and only then do wholesale listings appear in the marketplace. Your stock stays in your godown, your wholesale price is honoured on every order, and a growing network of resellers becomes your salesforce — without you spending a rupee on retail marketing.

One stock count behind every order — no overselling

Your stock stays in your godown

Nothing moves to a marketplace warehouse. Your cartons stay in your own godown in Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad or wherever you operate — you publish a wholesale catalog with variants, wholesale prices and live stock, and resellers sell against that stock.

Because supplying runs on SYEZPOS multi-location inventory, a supplier with stock in two cities keeps both godowns visible. When a reseller's order arrives, you dispatch from wherever makes sense and the stock decrements in real time — the same ledger that tracks your own wholesale and retail sales.

  • Stock never leaves your premises until an order dispatches
  • Wholesale catalog with variants, images and live stock
  • Multi-godown support — dispatch from the nearest location
  • Same inventory ledger as your own POS and wholesale sales

Verified before you list

You switch on supplying inside your workspace settings — that puts your account into a pending state. The platform reviews your business, and only after approval do your wholesale listings go live in the marketplace and your verified supplier badge appear.

Approval is not decoration. It is what lets resellers import your products with confidence, and it is why the platform can suspend a supplier who ships late, sends wrong items or rejects orders dishonestly. Good suppliers get distribution; bad ones get removed.

  • Enable supplying in settings — status shows as pending
  • Platform approval before any listing goes live
  • Verified supplier badge on your marketplace profile
  • Suspension protects resellers from unreliable suppliers

Reseller orders arrive in your normal queue

The reseller confirms the customer order and forwards it; the supplier accepts or rejects with a reason, then packs, dispatches and tracks the parcel through the same order pipeline. Reseller orders are not a separate system — they land in the same order queue your team already works, marked as dropship orders so packing knows to ship blind.

You stay in control of every order: accept it, or reject it with a reason — out of stock, address issue, whatever the reality is — and the reseller sees that reason instead of silence. An order covering several suppliers splits automatically into per-supplier fulfillments; you only ever see and handle your own part.

  • Dropship orders inside your existing order queue
  • Accept or reject with a reason — out_of_stock, address_issue
  • Multi-supplier orders split per supplier automatically
  • Pack, dispatch and record tracking on the order
  • You ship on your own courier accounts — blind packaging

COD remittance and settlements, tracked

Suppliers book parcels on their own courier accounts and record tracking on the order; native courier API booking is on the roadmap. The courier collects cash on delivery and the remittance is tracked against the order — you always know which parcels have delivered and which have come back as RTO.

Settlements are recorded with a transfer reference and proof upload, then confirmed or disputed by the receiving side — automated wallet payouts are on the roadmap. On the platform side, Marketplace commission is a configurable percentage of the retail price (engine default 5%), invoiced monthly with automatic credits on returned orders. Every settlement shows exactly what was transferred, when, and with which proof — so month-end reconciliation is a review, not an argument.

  • COD remittance tracked against each delivered order
  • RTO and returned orders flow back through the pipeline
  • Commission is a % of retail — invoiced monthly
  • Automatic commission credit on returned orders
  • Settlement recorded with transfer reference and proof

Who its for

Who becomes a supplier

Wholesalers, importers, manufacturers and distributors with real stock and godown space who want distribution without building a retail brand. If your goods already move through the wholesale market, the reseller network puts them in front of end customers across Pakistan.

Existing SYEZPOS merchants can supply from the same account they already bill on — one login runs the POS counter, the wholesale catalog, the reseller network and the books behind all of it.
