PAKISTAN · DROPSHIPPING NETWORK
Dropshipping built for how Pakistan actually sells.
Most dropshipping advice assumes card payments, overseas warehouses and customers who never refuse a parcel. Pakistan runs on cash on delivery, WhatsApp and couriers who remit on their own cycle — and that is exactly what the SYEZPOS Dropshipping Network is built around. Early access now.
Orders
Every channel, one queue
One stock count behind every order — no overselling
For resellers: your brand, without holding inventory
A supplier publishes wholesale products and stock. An approved reseller imports them into a branded SYEZPOS storefront and sets a selling price. The reseller confirms the customer order and forwards it; the supplier accepts or rejects with a reason, then packs and dispatches accepted orders.
Your storefront carries your business identity on a subdomain or your own domain. Review partner terms, product availability and return responsibilities during early-access onboarding before taking real orders.
- Branded storefront and your own markup
- Supplier catalog access after onboarding
- Order confirmation before forwarding
- Order and margin visibility
For suppliers: a new channel for your wholesale catalog
A business enables supplying in workspace settings, the platform reviews and approves it, and only then do wholesale listings appear in the marketplace.
Suppliers retain inventory and accept, pack and dispatch reseller orders. Multi-location stock management sits within the SYEZPOS core. Supplier review and listing approval are required before marketplace participation.
Suppliers book parcels on their own courier accounts and record tracking on the order; native courier API booking is on the roadmap.
- Wholesale listings with variants
- Stock managed across locations
- Accept or reject orders with a reason
- Supplier courier accounts and recorded tracking
One connected system for your counter and online store
The SYEZPOS core brings POS, inventory, accounting and an ecommerce storefront together. Store owners can manage their products and stock while exploring supplier or reseller participation through separate early-access onboarding.
Marketplace commission is a configurable percentage of the retail price (engine default 5%), invoiced monthly with automatic credits on returned orders.
Settlements are recorded with a transfer reference and proof upload, then confirmed or disputed by the receiving side — automated wallet payouts are on the roadmap.
- POS and online sales in one system
- Multi-location inventory and accounting
- Partner fees confirmed at onboarding
- Recorded settlements with confirmation or dispute
COD is the market, not a payment option
In Pakistan the customer pays the courier at the door — card checkout is the exception, not the rule. A dropshipping system that treats COD as an afterthought loses most orders before they start; SYEZPOS builds COD confirmation, collection and remittance tracking into the order pipeline itself.
COD also means an order is not finished when it is placed. It finishes when the parcel is delivered and accepted — which is why confirmation, forwarding, dispatch, delivered and RTO are all stages of one tracked flow, not loose ends.
- COD checkout with confirmation built in
- One pipeline: confirm → forward → dispatch → delivered/RTO
- Courier remittance tracked against each parcel
- Margin counts on delivered orders, not dispatches
Refusals decide whether you make money
Every experienced COD seller knows the real enemy: the parcel that comes back. A refused delivery means courier cost spent, stock in transit and zero revenue — and a high refusal rate quietly eats whatever margin the listing promised.
The practical defences are boring but effective: confirm every order before it forwards, prefer suppliers who dispatch fast from local stock, and watch delivered-versus-refused per product so bad listings get cut early.
- Order confirmation before anything is dispatched
- Suppliers can reject with a reason before shipping
- Delivered vs refused tracked per order
- Faster local dispatch means fewer refusals
Why international dropshipping tools fail here
The classic AliExpress-plus-card-checkout model assumes overseas suppliers, international gateways and week-long shipping. Run it in Pakistan and you inherit customs delays, gateway friction and delivery times that guarantee refusals.
Local payments are the other gap. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, RAAST and bank transfer are how money actually moves here, and none of the imported tools speak to them — or to WhatsApp-first selling, or to support on Pakistan time in Urdu and English.
- No card dependency — COD and local wallets first
- No customs lag — suppliers are domestic
- JazzCash, EasyPaisa, RAAST and bank transfer supported
- Urdu and English support on Pakistan time
Why local suppliers and local couriers win
A supplier in Lahore shipping to a customer in Karachi delivers in days, not weeks — on the supplier's own courier account, with tracking recorded on the order. Shorter delivery windows are what bring refusal rates down.
And because suppliers keep stock in their own godowns, a multi-supplier order simply splits: each supplier ships its items under the reseller's brand, and settlement reconciles each parcel separately in rupees.
- Domestic suppliers dispatch in days, not weeks
- Suppliers ship on their own courier accounts
- Multi-supplier orders split and ship separately
- PKR settlement — wholesale cost, commission, margin

Who its for
Who dropshipping in Pakistan suits
Resellers and online sellers who want Pakistani products, Pakistani couriers and COD settlement — not a workaround lashed together from foreign tools. And suppliers, wholesalers and manufacturers who want a reseller network without building a retail brand.
If your buyers are on WhatsApp, pay the rider at the door and expect delivery in days, this is the model designed around them.
