Steps 1–2: Workspace and storefront

Create your SYEZPOS workspace at app.syezpos.com — one account, one business, one login. Inside settings you activate your e-commerce storefront: pick a theme, set your store name, and go live on a free subdomain like yourstore.syezpos.com, or point your own domain if you have one.

At this point you have a real store with cart, checkout and COD confirmation — it is simply empty. 30-day free trial on every plan — no credit card required.

  • Step 1: Sign up and create your workspace
  • Step 2: Activate the storefront — free subdomain or own domain
  • Store name, theme and branding are yours
  • COD checkout and order confirmation already built in

Steps 3–5: Suppliers, import and markup

Open the dropshipping marketplace inside your workspace. Every supplier listed there has been approved by the platform — browse their wholesale catalogs, check their dispatch speed and stock reliability, and import the products that fit your niche.

Importing copies the product into your store: title, images, variants and stock stay synced to the supplier's source listing. The one thing you control is the retail price — set a markup that covers your marketing cost and still leaves the customer a fair deal. When a supplier updates price or stock, the change syncs to your store; you can unlist any product at any time.

  • Step 3: Browse approved suppliers in the marketplace
  • Step 4: Import products — details and stock stay synced
  • Step 5: Set your retail markup on each product
  • Unlist anything that stops selling — no commitment

Steps 6–8: Order, confirm, forward

The reseller confirms the customer order and forwards it; the supplier accepts or rejects with a reason, then packs, dispatches and tracks the parcel through the same order pipeline. The customer checks out on your storefront or through the WhatsApp link you shared — they see your brand and your price, never the supplier.

Your job at this stage is judgement, not packing. Confirm the order only when you believe it is genuine — a quick call or WhatsApp message to the customer saves everyone a refused parcel. If the order looks fake, cancel it with the fake_order reason and it never reaches the supplier's packing table.

  • Step 6: Customer orders on your storefront — COD confirmed
  • Step 7: You verify and confirm, then forward to the supplier
  • Step 8: Supplier accepts, packs and ships blind — your branding
  • Fake orders can be cancelled before they cost anyone money

Steps 9–10: Delivery and payout

The supplier books the parcel on their own courier account and records tracking on the order. The courier collects COD at the door; delivered orders move to settlement, refused ones come back as RTO through the same pipeline — and returns automatically credit back the platform commission on that order.

Settlements are recorded with a transfer reference and proof upload, then confirmed or disputed by the receiving side — automated wallet payouts are on the roadmap. Your ledger shows every order's wholesale cost, the platform commission and your margin side by side, so the payout is a number you can verify, not a figure you have to trust.

  • Step 9: Courier delivers and collects COD — or returns as RTO
  • Step 10: Settlement splits wholesale, commission and your margin
  • Payout recorded with proof; you confirm or dispute receipt
  • Every order's margin visible in your payout ledger
