How supplier verification works
A business enables supplying in workspace settings, the platform reviews and approves it, and only then do wholesale listings appear in the marketplace. There is no self-serve listing button — a business cannot simply upload products and start receiving reseller orders.
Approval stays live only while behaviour does. Suppliers who ship late, reject orders dishonestly or keep stale stock can be suspended, which pulls their listings from the marketplace. Verification is a standing, not a one-time stamp — that is what makes the badge worth anything to a reseller.
- Supplier self-enables supplying — status: pending
- Platform reviews and approves before listings go live
- Verified badge appears on approved supplier profiles
- Suspension removes listings if fulfillment slips
- No anonymous sellers — every supplier runs a real workspace
What resellers should check before importing
Verification means a supplier is approved to list — it does not mean every product suits every reseller. Before you import, look at the signals that decide whether your customers get their parcels on time.
A supplier who dispatches same-day from a Karachi godown behaves very differently for a Karachi customer base than one shipping from upcountry. Judge suppliers on the metrics that hit your margin: speed, reliability and what happens when an order goes wrong.
- Dispatch speed — how fast accepted orders actually ship
- Stock reliability — does listed stock match the godown
- Rejection behaviour — honest out_of_stock vs silent failures
- Returns and RTO policy — who bears the return cost
- Wholesale pricing — enough room for your markup
The marketplace from the reseller side
Resellers see a browsable wholesale marketplace inside their workspace: catalogs with variants, wholesale prices and live stock. Importing a product copies it into your storefront with details synced to the supplier's source — when they update price or stock, your store follows.
Your retail price is always your own. The supplier never sees your markup, and your customer never sees the supplier — the marketplace is wholesale plumbing, not a shared shopfront.
- Browse approved catalogs inside your workspace
- Import products — syncs to the supplier's source listing
- Your markup is invisible to the supplier
- Unlist imported products any time
The marketplace from the supplier side
Suppliers see the network as a demand channel, not a directory. Reseller orders arrive in the supplier's normal order queue marked as dropship; they accept or reject with a reason, pack blind — no supplier branding — and dispatch on their own courier accounts with tracking recorded on the order.
The wholesale price on each listing is what settlement pays the supplier per item. Because the same account can run POS, a storefront, supplying and reselling, a wholesaler can also test their own products at retail before pushing them to the network.
- Reseller demand without running a retail brand
- Orders in the normal queue — accept or reject with reason
- Blind packing: the reseller's brand goes on the parcel
- Wholesale price per item is what settlement pays

Who its for
Who this page is for
Resellers evaluating where to source products — what verification actually guarantees, what it does not, and which signals predict whether your customers will get their parcels.
And suppliers deciding whether the network fits them — how approval works, what the platform expects, and what verified status earns you in front of resellers.
