Marketplace Terms

Last updated: October 2026. The framework rules every supplier and reseller trades under on the SYEZPOS marketplace.

These terms apply to everyone who lists or sells through the SYEZPOS marketplace — the network where approved Pakistani suppliers publish wholesale products and independent resellers sell them to end customers. They are the framework; the Supplier Agreement and the Reseller Agreement add the detail for each role.

1. Definitions

The words below carry these meanings across all SYEZPOS marketplace policies.

  • “Platform” — the SYEZPOS software and marketplace: the catalog, order pipeline, settlement ledger, payout records and dispute tools.
  • “Supplier” — an approved business that lists wholesale products and fulfills orders from its own godown.
  • “Reseller” — an approved account that imports marketplace products into its own storefront and sells them to end customers at retail prices it sets.
  • “Fulfillment” — the slice of a customer order one supplier accepts, packs and dispatches. A multi-supplier order splits into one fulfillment per supplier.
  • “COD remittance” — the cash a courier collects on delivery and pays over under the supplier's courier arrangement, tracked against each order.
  • “Settlement” — the periodic record that splits every delivered order three ways: supplier wholesale price, platform commission and reseller margin.

2. The platform's role

SYEZPOS operates the software and the marketplace rails. SYEZPOS is not the seller of the products, never holds the stock and does not collect the cash at the door.

  • Suppliers fulfill — goods ship from the supplier's godown on the supplier's own courier accounts.
  • Couriers collect the cash — COD is gathered at the door and remitted under courier terms.
  • Resellers sell — the end customer buys from the reseller's storefront at the reseller's price.
  • The platform records — orders, tracking, remittances, returns and payouts all land on one shared ledger.

3. Eligibility and approval

Suppliers are verified before they can list — we check the business, the products and the ability to dispatch. Resellers are approved so the network stays credible for the suppliers inside it. Approval is not a lifetime grant: the platform may suspend an account that stops meeting the standard, or decline an application without giving a reason.

4. Who is responsible for what

  • Platform — keeps the software running, the ledger accurate and the dispute path open.
  • Supplier — honest listings, fast accept-or-reject decisions, blind packing, dispatch on its own courier accounts and honoring returns.
  • Reseller — lawful marketing, confirming orders before forwarding, serving the end customer and paying platform commission.
  • Courier — a third party the supplier contracts. It collects COD and remits under its own terms; the platform tracks remittance but does not run the courier.

5. Commission and invoicing

The platform earns a commission on each delivered order — a configurable percentage of the retail price, engine default 5% (platform default, may be set per marketplace terms). It comes out of the retail price, not on top of it.

Commission is invoiced to the reseller monthly. When a sold order is returned, the commission on it credits automatically on the next invoice — no claim needed.

6. Prohibited conduct

No account on the marketplace may:

  • List anything covered by the Prohibited Products Policy.
  • Place fake orders, self-purchase to inflate numbers or abuse cancellation reasons.
  • Move marketplace orders off-ledger to avoid commission or settlement.
  • Sell counterfeit, mislabeled or misleading stock, or make claims the listing does not carry.
  • Misuse customer data — it exists to fulfill that order and nothing else.
  • Tamper with the platform, other accounts or the settlement ledger.

7. Liability

The marketplace software is provided 'as is'. To the extent the law allows, SYEZPOS is not liable for supplier stock quality, parcels lost or delayed by couriers, refused COD parcels (RTO) or a reseller's marketing claims. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the commission you actually paid us in the three months before the claim — platform default, may be set per marketplace terms. Nothing here removes a liability the law does not allow us to remove.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an account for breaking these terms — repeated stock-outs, fake orders, unpaid commission or prohibited listings among them. Where possible we warn first and give a chance to fix the problem. Serious violations — counterfeits, fraud, misuse of customer data — can end the account immediately. Either side may close an account; open settlements and payouts still complete on the ledger.

9. How these terms fit together

These terms are supplemented by the Supplier Agreement and the Reseller Agreement agreed at onboarding, and by the Marketplace Return Policy, the Dispute Resolution process and the Prohibited Products Policy published on this site. If this page ever conflicts with the agreement approved at account opening, the approved agreement governs.

These policies summarize the operational rules; the binding version is agreed at account approval. Questions: info@syezpos.com / +92 336 3820806.
