Prohibited Products Policy

Last updated: October 2026. What cannot be listed, imported or sold through the SYEZPOS marketplace network.

This policy applies to every listing a supplier publishes and every product a reseller imports. A product that is illegal to sell anywhere is illegal to sell here — and some lawful products are still banned from the network because of the risk they carry for customers, couriers and resellers.

1. Illegal and regulated items

Nothing illegal under Pakistani law may be listed — full stop. That includes:

  • Narcotics, drugs and drug paraphernalia.
  • Weapons, explosives and ammunition.
  • Stolen goods of any kind.
  • Items that need a license the seller does not hold — firearms parts, telecom interception devices and similar regulated goods.

2. Counterfeit and replica products

No counterfeits, replicas, 'first copies', 'AAA quality' fakes or goods that misuse another brand's logo, packaging or trademarks. If the product trades on a brand it does not belong to, it cannot trade here.

3. Medicines, supplements and health claims

  • Medicines and health supplements without the regulatory approval they need — including DRAP approval where the law requires it.
  • Unregistered medical devices and treatments.
  • Listings making 'miracle cure' claims — products marketed to cure, treat or prevent illness without evidence, whatever the product itself is.

4. Adult and explicit content

Pornography and sexually explicit material cannot be listed. Adult products that are lawful may still be declined where they cannot be marketed or shipped cleanly through the network — ask before listing.

5. Dangerous and restricted goods

  • Hazardous chemicals, poisons and restricted industrial substances.
  • Currency and financial instruments — money, securities and anything traded as tender.
  • Recalled products — anything withdrawn by its maker or a regulator.
  • Live animals, and animal products that need permits to trade.

6. How moderation works

Listings can be removed at any time — on review, on a report or on a pattern in order data. A supplier who lists prohibited products risks suspension or termination under the Marketplace Terms, and resellers who imported a prohibited listing will see it pulled from their synced catalogs. When in doubt, the listing comes down first and is reviewed second.

7. Reporting a listing

See a product that should not be on the marketplace? Report it — email info@syezpos.com or message +92 336 3820806 with the listing and why it concerns you. Every report is reviewed, and proven ones act fast.

8. When you are unsure

If you are not sure a product is allowed, ask before listing — a two-minute WhatsApp question costs nothing; a suspended supplier account costs real money. The answer given at onboarding is the binding one.

These policies summarize the operational rules; the binding version is agreed at account approval. Questions: info@syezpos.com / +92 336 3820806.
