COD dropshipping — cash on delivery, tracked end to end.
Cash on delivery is how most of Pakistan shops online. On SYEZPOS the COD lifecycle is a pipeline, not a mystery: confirm the order, dispatch it, let the courier collect the cash, record the remittance, and settle wholesale, commission and margin from one record.

However the customer pays, the day close still reconciles
The COD lifecycle, step by step
The customer chooses cash on delivery at the reseller's checkout. The reseller reviews and confirms the order, then forwards it to the supplier. The supplier packs and dispatches on their own courier account, and the tracking number goes on the order.
The courier delivers, collects the cash, and later remits it. That remittance is recorded in SYEZPOS, and settlement reconciles the three splits — the supplier's wholesale price, the platform commission and the reseller's margin.
- Customer picks COD at the reseller's checkout
- Reseller confirms, then forwards to the supplier
- Supplier dispatches with a recorded tracking number
- Courier collects cash; remittance is recorded in SYEZPOS
- Settlement reconciles wholesale + commission + margin
Confirm before you ship
Fake COD orders cost everyone — the courier still charges for the round trip. The reseller's confirmation step exists to screen orders before a parcel is ever booked: a quick WhatsApp confirmation to the customer filters out most fake addresses and impulse orders.
If an order should not ship, the reseller cancels it with a reason — including fake_order — so cancellation patterns are visible in the record instead of silent losses.
- WhatsApp confirmation reduces fake orders
- Reseller cancels carry reason codes like fake_order
- Only confirmed orders reach the supplier
- Fewer shipments means fewer refused-parcel losses
Remittance — where the cash goes
Couriers remit collected cash on their own cycle, not instantly. SYEZPOS keeps a COD remittance list so you can see which delivered orders have been remitted and which are still sitting with the courier.
Unremitted COD orders are tracked explicitly — the difference between 'delivered' and 'money in hand' is a list you can act on, not a surprise at month end.
- COD remittance list shows collected vs pending
- Unremitted orders stay visible until reconciled
- Remittance is recorded per order in SYEZPOS
- Delivered-but-unpaid is a report, not a guess
RTO — the cost of refusal
When a customer refuses the parcel, it comes back as RTO — return to origin. RTO orders are tracked in the same pipeline as delivered ones, so your refusal rate is visible per supplier, per product and per period.
Who pays the courier fee on a refused parcel is defined in the partner agreement — SYEZPOS records the charge on the order so the agreed side absorbs it transparently.
- Refused parcels return through the same pipeline
- RTO rate visible per supplier and product
- Courier fee on refused parcels is agreement-defined
- Return charges post back on the order record

How it works
Customer orders COD
Checkout takes the order with cash on delivery as the payment method.
Reseller confirms
A WhatsApp confirmation screens fake orders before anything is booked.
Supplier dispatches
The supplier ships on their own courier account; tracking goes on the order.
Cash reconciles
Remittance is recorded; settlement splits wholesale, commission and margin.
Who its for
Who the COD workflow is for
Resellers selling to customers who pay at the door — you get confirmation tooling to cut fake orders, visibility into which parcels are still unremitted with the courier, and a settlement that shows your margin per order.
Suppliers who ship COD every day — your own courier accounts stay yours, refusal patterns become measurable, and the cash reconciliation is a list to work through instead of a register to audit.
