DROPSHIPPING NETWORK · ORDER MANAGEMENT

Dropshipping order management — from accepted to delivered.

The reseller confirms the customer order and forwards it; the supplier accepts or rejects with a reason, then packs, dispatches and tracks the parcel through the same order pipeline.

The order pipeline

A dropship order moves through explicit statuses: placed by the customer, confirmed by the reseller, forwarded to the supplier, accepted or rejected, dispatched with tracking, then delivered — or returned / RTO.

Nothing jumps a step. The reseller sees where every order sits; the supplier sees a queue to work, not a chat thread.

  • Pending forward → forwarded to supplier
  • Supplier accepts or rejects with a reason
  • Dispatched with a tracking number
  • Delivered, returned or RTO end states
  • Reseller and supplier see the same status

Cancels and rejects carry reasons

When a reseller cancels before dispatch, the cancellation records a reason — customer_cancelled, fake_order, address_issue. When a supplier rejects a forwarded order, the rejection carries its own reason, like out_of_stock.

Reason codes turn a dead order into data: a product that keeps getting rejected for stock, or a checkout that keeps producing fake orders, shows up in the pattern.

  • Reseller cancels: customer_cancelled, fake_order, address_issue
  • Supplier rejects with reasons like out_of_stock
  • Reasons stay on the order record
  • Patterns visible across cancels and rejects

Multi-supplier orders split cleanly

If one customer order contains items from two suppliers, SYEZPOS splits it into per-supplier fulfillments. Each supplier sees only their lines, accepts and ships them independently, and records their own tracking number.

The customer still sees one order; the operation sees two tracked parcels. One supplier's delay never holds the other supplier's lines hostage.

  • One order splits into per-supplier fulfillments
  • Each supplier sees only their own lines
  • Tracking number recorded per fulfillment
  • Each fulfillment tracked independently to delivery

Orders can also come from suppliers

Routing runs both ways: external suppliers can push orders into the pipeline, not just receive them. A supplier taking orders on their own channels can route them through the same accept-dispatch-track flow.

And because fulfillment runs on the supplier's own courier accounts today, the tracking number on each fulfillment is the record of truth — booked by hand, tracked in the system.

  • External suppliers can push orders in
  • Same accept → dispatch → track pipeline
  • Suppliers book on their own courier accounts
  • Tracking recorded per fulfillment — manual booking today

How it works

1

Reseller confirms

Customer order is reviewed and forwarded to the supplier.

2

Supplier accepts

Or rejects with a reason code like out_of_stock.

3

Dispatch with tracking

Supplier ships on their courier account; tracking goes on the order.

4

Close the loop

Delivered, returned or RTO — the end state posts to the record.

Who its for

Who order management is for

Resellers who need to answer 'where is my parcel' without phoning the supplier — every order has a live status and a tracking number, and cancels and rejects explain themselves in reason codes.

Suppliers running dispatch from a queue instead of a WhatsApp inbox — forwarded orders arrive structured, split by fulfillment, and each one closes with a recorded end state.
