DROPSHIPPING NETWORK · PAYOUTS
Dropshipping payouts — settled, proven, confirmed.
Money between suppliers, resellers and the platform settles in periods, not guesses: each settlement is a record, each payout carries a transfer reference and proof image, and the receiving side confirms or disputes it — with every step written to the ledger.

90+ daysSettlement records per period
Delivered COD orders roll up into settlement records per period. A settlement shows the orders it covers and the three-way split behind it — the supplier's wholesale price, the platform commission and the reseller's margin — so the amount payable is explained, not just stated.
Because settlements are records, both sides see the same numbers. There is no separate supplier spreadsheet and reseller spreadsheet to reconcile by hand.
- Settlements cover a defined period of orders
- Each record itemizes the three-way split
- Both sides see the same settlement numbers
- History stays on the record for review
How a payout actually moves
Settlements are recorded with a transfer reference and proof upload, then confirmed or disputed by the receiving side — automated wallet payouts are on the roadmap.
In plain terms: the paying side makes a real transfer — bank, JazzCash or EasyPaisa — then submits the payout in SYEZPOS with the transfer reference and a proof image. The receiving side checks their account and confirms the payout, or disputes it with a note.
- Payout submitted with a transfer reference
- Proof image uploaded with the submission
- Receiver confirms — or disputes with a note
- Confirmed and disputed states both stay on record
Manual today — on purpose
We will say it plainly: payouts are manual bank and wallet transfers today. There is no instant wallet withdrawal button — automated wallet payouts are on the roadmap, not in the product.
What the product does have is the control around the transfer: proof attached to the payout, a confirm/dispute step on the receiving side, and a journal entry for every state change. The paper trail is the point.
- Payouts are manual transfers — bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa
- No instant wallet withdrawal today
- Proof + confirm/dispute is the control
- Automated wallet payouts are on the roadmap
Every step is journaled
Settlement raised, payout submitted, payout confirmed, payout disputed — each state change posts to the accounting journal. Your books do not wait for a month-end export; the dropship ledger updates as the money moves.
When a dispute opens, the note and the journal entries tell the full story: which settlement, which transfer reference, whose confirmation is pending. Resolution is a record update, not a WhatsApp argument.
- Each payout state change posts a journal entry
- Disputes carry notes on the record
- Transfer reference links payout to bank proof
- Audit trail runs from order to settlement to payout

How it works
Settlement closes
Delivered orders for the period roll into a settlement record.
Payout submitted
The paying side transfers the money and submits reference + proof image.
Receiver confirms
The receiving side verifies the credit and confirms — or disputes with a note.
Ledger updates
Each step posts to accounting — the books match the money that moved.
Who its for
Who settlements are for
Resellers waiting on their margin — you see the settlement that produced your payout, the transfer reference on it, and a dispute channel with a written note if the amount is wrong.
Suppliers and finance teams — payouts arrive with proof attached and a confirm step, and the journal already has the entries, so reconciliation is verification rather than reconstruction.
