DROPSHIPPING NETWORK · ACCOUNTING

Dropshipping accounting — real journals, not spreadsheets.

Every dropship order on SYEZPOS posts double-entry journals automatically — the reseller's sale and cost of goods, the supplier's wholesale revenue, the platform's commission. Your accountant gets a ledger, not a payout screenshot.

Every sale posts itself — no after-hours data entry

Journals post on every order

When a dropship order is delivered, each side's books write themselves. On the reseller's side the sale debits a receivable and credits revenue, with cost of goods posted alongside. On the supplier's side the same order records wholesale revenue.

The platform's cut posts as real double-entry too: marketplace commission debits expense account 6330 and credits commission payable 2270 — so the fee is a ledger entry your accountant can trace, not an unexplained deduction.

  • Reseller sale: Dr receivable / Cr revenue
  • COGS posts with the delivered order
  • Supplier side records wholesale revenue
  • Commission: Dr 6330 / Cr 2270 payable
  • No manual journals for routine orders

The monthly commission invoice

Rather than skimming each order, commission is billed monthly: SYEZPOS raises a dropship_commission invoice per reseller covering the period's delivered sales at the agreed rate.

Returns reverse themselves cleanly — when a sold order comes back, a credit note applies against the commission invoice automatically. Fees match what actually stayed delivered.

  • One dropship_commission invoice per reseller per month
  • Covers delivered sales at the agreed rate
  • Auto credit notes on returned orders
  • Commission payable reconciles to the invoice

COD remittance vs unreconciled orders

Delivered is not the same as paid — the courier still holds the cash until remittance. SYEZPOS keeps the remittance record separate, so 'delivered but unremitted' is a reconcilable list, not an assumption in the bank balance.

When the courier's transfer lands, the remittance is recorded against the orders it covers. Outstanding COD stays visible until reconciled — the receivable ages on purpose.

  • Delivered and remitted are tracked separately
  • Remittance recorded against the orders it covers
  • Unremitted COD stays on a visible list
  • Receivables reflect what the courier still owes

Payouts with proof, in the ledger

Settlement payouts move as manual transfers — bank, JazzCash or EasyPaisa — submitted with a transfer reference and proof image, then confirmed or disputed by the receiver.

Each state change posts to the journal, so the payout that left your account, the proof attached to it and the confirmation on the other side are one audit trail — order to settlement to payout to journal entry.

  • Payouts carry transfer reference + proof image
  • Confirm/dispute posts journal entries
  • Full trail: order → settlement → payout
  • Manual transfers today — journaled either way

Who its for

Who this is for

Business owners who want to know their real margin — not sales minus a mysterious deduction, but revenue, cost of goods, commission and courier charges as separate ledger lines.

Their accountants — the dropship ledger is proper double-entry in the same chart of accounts as the rest of the business, so dropship activity files and reconciles like any other trading operation.
