Facebook aur Instagram se bina stock bechna — the working setup

Most Pakistani dropshippers never open a website-builder or buy ads on day one. They sell where their audience already is — a Facebook page, an Instagram profile, a WhatsApp broadcast list. This guide shows how to run that whole flow without buying a single unit of stock.

This guide assumes you are reselling supplier products — not buying inventory. The model works because the supplier keeps the stock and ships each confirmed order directly to your customer.

Step 1: Pick one channel and one niche

The biggest beginner mistake is being everywhere and selling everything. Pick the platform where your buyers actually live: Facebook pages and groups still move volumes in Pakistan, Instagram works for fashion, beauty and lifestyle, and WhatsApp closes the sale for both.

Then pick a niche narrow enough to be believed. "Imported kitchen gadgets" builds trust faster than "everything store." Your page name, bio and first dozen posts should all say the same thing.

Step 2: Get products you can actually sell

With a reseller account, you browse reviewed supplier catalogs, import products into your own SYEZPOS storefront, and set your markup. Every product gets a real link — that link is what you post, not a phone number and a prayer.

Start small: five to ten products you would show to a friend without embarrassment. Check each supplier's dispatch speed and stock reliability before you spend a single post on them.

Step 3: Post like a shop, not a spam account

The posts that convert show the product, state the price, state the delivery reality, and give one clear action. "Rs 2,400, COD available nationwide, 2–4 days" beats a price-less photo every time — hiding the price does not create intrigue, it creates distrust.

  • Show the actual product photo from the supplier catalog — and if you can shoot it yourself once, even better.
  • State price, delivery estimate and COD clearly in every post.
  • One action per post: "order on this link" or "send COD details on WhatsApp."
  • Pin a post explaining who you are, how ordering works, and how returns work.

Step 4: Take orders on a real checkout, not in DMs

DM orders die in chat threads. When a customer clicks your product link they get a proper storefront checkout — name, address, phone, COD — and the order lands in your order queue with a status. That is the difference between "I think someone ordered" and an order you can forward.

If a customer insists on ordering in chat anyway, take the same fields (name, full address, phone) and create the order yourself — then send them the confirmation so it feels like a real store, because it is one.

Step 5: Confirm, forward, follow up

In Pakistan's COD market, the order is not real until the customer confirms. A quick call or WhatsApp message before dispatch filters fake orders and doubles delivery success. Confirmed orders forward to the supplier, who ships blind under your brand; tracking goes on the order so you can answer "mera parcel kahan hai" without guessing.

Our COD confirmation scripts in Roman Urdu give you the exact wording for calls and messages.

The mistakes that kill social sellers

  • Hiding prices — buyers assume a scam and scroll past.
  • Promising "2-day delivery" you cannot control — say the honest range.
  • Dispatching without confirmation — the cheapest RTO is the parcel never sent.
  • Importing fifty products — a dead listing hurts more than a short catalog.
  • No return policy anywhere — the customer who cannot find rules assumes there are none.

The full loop — audience, storefront link, COD checkout, confirmation, supplier dispatch, settlement — is what the dropshipping network is built around. Your job is the selling; the plumbing is already there.
