Inside the SYEZPOS 30-Day Demo: What's Actually Included

"Free trial" in software usually means one of two things: a slideshow with a signup form, or a crippled version that exists to annoy you into paying. The SYEZPOS demo is neither — it's a working store for 30 days, with real limits you should know about before you start building in it.

A working store, not a sandbox

A demo workspace is a real SYEZPOS tenant: the POS sells, products hold stock, orders post to accounting, reports report. The online store is enabled from day one — so the demo covers both halves of the product, the counter and the storefront, which is the whole point of the platform.

Product and category images upload normally — JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 2 MB per file — so your catalog looks like a catalog while you evaluate.

The honest caps

The demo is deliberately sized for evaluation, not for running a busy shop forever:

  • 100 products — enough for a real catalog section, not a whole warehouse.
  • 100 orders a month, ~20 a day — counter sales and online orders share the same daily bucket.
  • 2 users — typically the owner plus one login.
  • 1 location — one store or warehouse.
  • 50 MB storage — product photos and files.
  • 30 days — the workspace lives for a month from provisioning.

One feature gate worth naming: supplying on the dropshipping marketplace — listing your products for other stores to resell — is not available on demo workspaces. Reselling other suppliers' products inside the demo flow is a different matter; it's the supplier side that's gated, since supplier listings go live to the whole network.

What happens on day 31

The workspace expires — it doesn't quietly extend itself. If you need more evaluation time, an expired demo can be reactivated by the platform for another 30 days; that's a support action, not a button. If you're done evaluating, converting to a paid plan happens through a paid billing invoice — there's no self-serve claim link floating around for someone else to exploit.

Either way, the workspace is the same workspace: convert and every product, order, customer and ledger entry stays exactly where you left it.

And pricing?

Plan prices are shown during signup and on request — the tiers differ on locations, users and which features unlock (online store, dropshipping roles and the like). The pricing page is the canonical list.

The one-line version: the demo is a real store with evaluation-sized caps — 100 products, 100 orders a month, 2 users, 1 location, 50 MB, 30 days. Build your actual catalog in it, not a test catalog, so converting is a billing step and nothing else.

Common questions

  • Do I need a card to start the demo? No — the workspace provisions first, billing comes when you convert.
  • Can I run my real shop on the demo? You can sell through it — the caps are the honest limit. Busy shops outgrow 100 orders/month quickly, which is what the paid plans are for.
  • What if the demo lapses before I decide? The platform can reactivate it for another 30 days — it won't extend itself automatically.
  • Do I lose my data when converting? No — converting is a billing invoice on the same workspace. Everything carries over.

The full breakdown — caps, media rules, conversion path — lives in plans, pricing & the free demo in the help center. Then start free or compare tiers on the pricing page.

Get started

Thirty days. A real store. Zero rupees.

Open a demo workspace, load your actual products and sell — counter and storefront both. Convert when the numbers convince you.
