Reseller Agreement
Last updated: October 2026. What your account commits to when you sell marketplace products to your own customers.
This agreement applies to every reseller on the SYEZPOS marketplace — the storefront owners who import supplier catalogs, set retail prices and serve the end customer. It sits under the Marketplace Terms and alongside the Marketplace Return Policy. To your customer, you are the seller: the commitments below are what that means in practice.
1. Lawful marketing
- No spam — no unsolicited bulk messages, robocalls or purchased contact lists.
- No false claims — do not promise results, ingredients or features the listing does not carry.
- No fake urgency — honest discounts, honest stock claims, honest delivery times.
- Follow the ad rules of the platforms you market on — Meta, TikTok, Google and WhatsApp each have their own.
2. Your storefront
Your storefront is your business and your responsibility. Product descriptions must stay accurate to the supplier's listing — imported content syncs from the source, so do not edit it into a claim the supplier never made. Prices must be lawful and clearly displayed, and the customer should always know the full total before ordering.
3. Confirm before you forward
Every customer order is confirmed by you before it reaches the supplier. That step exists for a reason: it is where fake, duplicate and mistaken orders die before they cost a courier run.
- Confirm real orders promptly — suppliers dispatch against confirmed orders.
- Cancel bogus ones with the right reason — fake_order and other reasons are recorded on the order.
- Do not forward orders you have not verified — an unverified forward is an RTO the supplier pays for.
4. Pricing and minimum selling price
You set your own retail prices — your margin is the gap between the retail price and the wholesale cost plus platform commission. Where a supplier sets a minimum selling price on a listing, respect it: it is shown on the product card, and undercutting it can lose you access to that supplier's catalog.
5. Customer data
Customer details collected at checkout exist to fulfill that order — the delivery address, the phone number, the order contents. Do not resell them, add them to unrelated marketing lists or use them to poach another seller's customers. Handle them the way the Privacy Policy describes.
6. Commission
The platform commission — a configurable percentage of the retail price, engine default 5% (platform default, may be set per marketplace terms) — is invoiced to you monthly. Pay it on time; overdue commission can pause the account. When a sold order comes back, the commission on it credits automatically onto the next invoice.
7. Returns to your customer
To the end customer you are the seller, so you own the return conversation under the Marketplace Return Policy. Take the request, record the right reason code and route the parcel back through the same pipeline it arrived on. The refund to the customer is yours to make; the marketplace side settles through the ledger.
8. Payout honesty
When a payout lands, confirm what you actually received — or dispute it with a note saying what is wrong. Confirming money that never arrived, or sitting silent while a settlement stays open, breaks the two-sided ledger the whole network runs on.
9. Conduct and suspension
The platform may suspend a reseller for:
- Fake or unverified orders pushed onto suppliers.
- Spam, misleading claims or unlawful marketing.
- Unpaid commission invoices.
- Misuse of customer data.
- Repeated disputes raised in bad faith.
