Meet the SYEZPOS Assistant — Help in English and Roman Urdu

Every business app claims to be easy. The honest test is what happens when you're stuck at 11pm before a morning of deliveries — a help article might fix it, but a question shaped like your actual problem fixes it faster. That's what the floating SYEZPOS Assistant is for.

A bubble that stays out of the way

The assistant is a small chat bubble that lives in the corner of the screen. Drag it and it snaps to whichever edge — left or right — is closest, and the chat opens on that side. Three doors lead to it: the bubble itself, the ? Help menu → Ask SYEZPOS Assistant, and the search box when a search returns nothing.

Two modes — a public one and a signed-in one

On public pages the assistant answers product and how-to questions: what SYEZPOS does, how the demo works, how dropshipping flows. Inside the admin it becomes something more useful — it answers how-to questions and looks up your real data. Stock levels, today's sales, customer and supplier ledgers, order statuses, HR figures like attendance and payroll — the questions owners actually ask when they're too busy to open a report.

The important part: every data lookup is permission-gated. The assistant sees what your role can see — a cashier asking about payroll gets nothing, the same as if they tried opening the payroll screen. It's an extra pair of hands on your own permissions, not a back door around them.

English or Roman Urdu — your pick

Ask in whichever feels natural. "Aaj ki sale kitni hai?" works the same as "what are today's sales?" — the assistant is bilingual in English and Roman Urdu, matching how Pakistani shop floors actually talk.

Honest answers, not invented ones

The answers come from a deterministic engine — the same question gets the same answer, grounded in a reviewed catalog of platform behaviour. An optional AI layer can reword a reply for fluency, but it never fills gaps with invention: if a data lookup fails, the answer says it failed rather than reporting a confident "not found" for a number it never saw.

What it knows about you — and what it doesn't

Privacy is designed in, not bolted on:

  • Public-mode questions send only the topic — never your chat history or private data.
  • Remembered chat is optional, and clears when you sign out or switch workspace.
  • Private lookups live in your session — they don't become someone else's training data.
Think of it as the fastest cashier you've ever hired: it can read the reports you can read, quote the help guides by heart, speak your language — and it never guesses at a number.

Common questions

  • Does it cost extra? It's part of the platform — open the ? menu and ask away.
  • Can staff misuse it to see restricted data? No — lookups run inside the asker's own permissions. If their role can't open the screen, the assistant can't fetch it either.
  • Does it work offline? It needs connectivity like the rest of the app — the deterministic engine answers locally-shaped questions but data lookups need your workspace reachable.
  • Is my chat saved? Only if you let it remember — and memory clears on logout or workspace switch regardless.

The full rundown — modes, privacy, what it can look up — is in Meet the SYEZPOS Assistant in the help center. Or just open the workspace and ask it something — start free.

Get started

Ask it in Urdu. It'll still find your numbers.

How-to answers, real data lookups, bilingual — inside the same workspace that runs your counter and your store.
