MULTI-SUPPLIER STOREFRONT · TECHNICAL

A multi-supplier e-commerce store on one storefront.

Your SYEZPOS storefront can list products from many approved suppliers at once — plus your own stock. When one customer order touches several suppliers, it splits into per-supplier fulfillments that ship blind, track independently and settle separately. Here is how the mechanics actually work.

One stock count behind every order — no overselling

One storefront, catalogs from many suppliers

Every product you import from the marketplace lands in your own catalog next to your own-stock items. Three suppliers' cosmetics, another's homeware, your own accessories — the customer shops one store and never sees the seams.

Each supplier behind the scenes was platform-approved before their listings reached you, and each imported item carries its supplier's live stock and dispatch promise into your storefront.

  • Import from multiple approved suppliers
  • Supplier items sit beside your own stock
  • One cart, one checkout, one brand
  • Live stock flows through from each supplier

The order split — one order, several fulfillments

At confirmation, a mixed order decomposes: items from supplier A become a forwarded order to A, items from supplier B go to B, and your own-stock items become a fulfillment in your own queue.

Each supplier then accepts or rejects their leg with a reason — one supplier's rejection cancels only their leg, not the customer's whole order.

  • Split happens automatically at forwarding
  • Each supplier gets only their items
  • Own-stock legs fulfill in your queue
  • One leg's rejection doesn't kill the order

Blind dispatch and independent tracking per leg

Every supplier packs and ships on their own courier account, recording the tracking number on their leg of the order. Parcels carry your brand — the supplier's name never reaches the customer.

Each leg carries its own status — dispatched, delivered, RTO or return — so a parcel refused in Multan doesn't confuse a parcel delivered in Karachi. COD remittance is tracked per leg against the courier that collected it.

  • Each supplier ships on their courier account
  • Tracking recorded per fulfillment leg
  • Blind packing — your brand on every parcel
  • Delivered / RTO / return status per leg
  • COD remittance tracked per shipment

Settlement that respects the split

Money follows the same decomposition. Each delivered leg settles its own wholesale cost to its own supplier; commission — a configurable percentage of retail, default 5% — accrues per leg into a monthly invoice with automatic credits on returned orders.

Your payout ledger shows margin per leg, and settlements move through a recorded transfer reference with proof upload — confirmed or disputed by the receiving side. Automated wallet payouts are on the roadmap, not claimed today.

  • Wholesale cost settles per supplier leg
  • Commission accrues per leg, invoiced monthly
  • Returned legs credit commission automatically
  • Manual transfer plus proof, then confirm/dispute
  • Margin ledger keeps legs visible separately

How it works

1

Import from several suppliers

Pull approved listings from the marketplace into one storefront catalog.

2

Customer orders a mixed cart

One checkout takes items across suppliers and your own stock.

3

Order splits on forwarding

Each supplier receives only their items; your items stay in your queue.

4

Legs ship and settle apart

Blind dispatch, per-leg tracking, per-supplier settlement — one order.

Who its for

Who needs multi-supplier mechanics

Resellers who want a broad catalog — beauty, homeware, fashion — without holding any of it, and who need one brand and one checkout rather than a scatter of supplier links.

Store owners adding supplier lines beside their own inventory, where a single customer basket can touch their stockroom and two different godowns at once.
