HYBRID MODEL · SUPPLY + RESELL

Supplier and reseller in one account — sell your stock and theirs.

On SYEZPOS you don't choose between supplying and reselling. Your storefront can list products you hold in your own godown alongside products imported from other approved suppliers — one shop for the customer, two cleanly separated flows in your books.

One storefront, two kinds of stock

Your own inventory sits in the same catalog as products imported from the marketplace. The customer sees one shop — they cannot tell which items ship from your godown and which ship from a supplier's.

This is how a cosmetics wholesaler adds skincare lines without buying them, or a grocery store tests electronics — the catalog grows past the walls of your own stockroom.

  • Own-stock items and supplier items side by side
  • One storefront, one cart, one checkout
  • Customer never sees the split
  • Fill range gaps without buying inventory

Mixed orders split into separate fulfillments

When one customer order contains your stock and a supplier's stock, it splits automatically at confirmation: your items become a fulfillment you pack from your own location; each supplier's items become a forwarded order they accept, pack and dispatch.

Every leg tracks independently — your parcel, their parcel, each with its own status from dispatch through delivered, RTO or return — while the customer still sees one order.

  • One order splits into per-source fulfillments
  • You pack your leg; suppliers pack theirs
  • Each leg tracked delivered / RTO / return
  • Customer sees a single order throughout

Books keep the two flows cleanly separated

Your own-stock sales book revenue and cost of goods normally. Supplier-fulfilled sales book as dropship margin — the wholesale cost owed to the supplier, the platform commission, and your resale margin stay distinct lines.

At month end you can answer both questions honestly: what did my own inventory earn me, and what did reselling earn me — without one flow contaminating the other's profit picture.

  • Own sales and dropship margin stay separate
  • Supplier wholesale cost tracked per order
  • Commission invoiced monthly, returns credited
  • Each flow's profitability visible on its own

Enabling both in one workspace

Reselling needs a storefront and marketplace access — import approved supplier products and set your retail prices. Supplying is a separate capability: you enable it in workspace settings, the platform reviews your wholesale catalog, and listings go live on approval.

Both run on the same SYEZPOS account, the same stock ledger and the same books — you can be someone's supplier in the morning and someone else's reseller in the afternoon.

  • Reselling: storefront plus marketplace import
  • Supplying: settings toggle, then approval
  • One account, one ledger, one login
  • Each capability switches on independently

How it works

1

Enable capabilities

Turn on reselling for the storefront and supplying for your wholesale catalog.

2

Build the mixed catalog

List your own stock and import supplier products into the same shop.

3

Orders split at confirmation

Your items stay with you; supplier items forward for their dispatch.

4

Books stay clean

Own revenue and resale margin post separately — report either flow alone.

Who its for

Who the hybrid model suits

Wholesalers and distributors who want dropship income from their own catalog while filling range gaps from other suppliers — and retailers who want to test categories with supplier stock before committing purchase money.

If you already run SYEZPOS for your shop, both capabilities live in the workspace you have — there is nothing new to buy, just switches to enable and approvals to pass.
