The same product list feeds four channels: the POS register at your counter, your own e-commerce storefront, supplier products you resell on that storefront, and — if you enable it — your own wholesale catalog that other resellers sell from.

Because every channel reads one stock ledger, a unit sold at the counter cannot be oversold online, and a reseller order decrements the same stock your shop sells from.

The common setup is a reselling app for online margin, a separate POS for the shop, and a spreadsheet reconciling what sold where. Stock drifts, COD money arrives in different wallets, and nobody can say what the business actually earned today.

Each tool is fine alone — the failure is the seams. Every sale crosses a seam twice: once into your own records, once into your accountant's.

An order is an order, whatever channel it came through: it enters one queue, decrements one stock ledger and posts once into one set of books. Counter sale, website checkout or supplier-fulfilled resale — the ledger does not care where it started.

Returns, RTO parcels and customer credit follow the same pipeline too, so month-end is a report you run — not a week of matching receipts.
