INVENTORY · DROPSHIPPING NETWORK

Dropshipping inventory — selling stock you never hold.

The reseller's catalog is a live window into the supplier's warehouse. This page explains how SYEZPOS keeps the two honest: supplier stock visible on every card, imported products tracking their source, demand checked while orders are in flight, and one stock count across POS, storefront and dropship channels.

Supplier stock resellers can actually see

Every marketplace card carries live availability from the supplier's own SYEZPOS inventory — not a number typed in at listing time. Resellers see what can actually ship before they import, and suppliers never export stock sheets for the network.

Because the wholesale catalog reads from the same stock the supplier's own sales use, the number stays honest: what the card shows is what the godown has.

  • Live availability on every product card
  • Stock reads from the supplier's real inventory
  • No manual stock updates for resellers
  • See availability before you import

Imported products stay linked to the source

Importing is not copy-paste. An imported product stays linked to its supplier listing, so when the supplier updates stock, wholesale pricing or availability at the source, your storefront follows instead of selling against a stale snapshot.

Your retail price and branding stay yours; the supply-side facts — what it costs wholesale and whether it can ship — track the supplier's record.

  • Imported listings follow supplier updates
  • Wholesale price changes surface at the source
  • Availability syncs through to your storefront
  • Your markup and branding stay untouched

Reservations and oversell prevention

When a customer order is confirmed and forwarded, the supplier sees the demand against real stock before accepting — accept or reject with a reason happens before a parcel exists, which is where overselling gets stopped.

And because POS sales, storefront orders and dropship orders all draw on the same inventory, a unit cannot sell twice across channels: the stock count is one number, decrementing in real time, whichever door the sale came through.

  • Suppliers accept against real stock before dispatch
  • Reject-with-reason stops orders that cannot ship
  • One stock count across POS, store and dropship
  • Real-time decrement whichever channel sells

When a product becomes unavailable

Suppliers run out — it happens. When a listing goes unavailable at the source, the imported version on your storefront follows: you can unlist it, and new orders cannot confirm against stock that is not there.

If an item runs out after an order has already forwarded, the supplier rejects with a reason instead of the order silently failing — you see it, tell the customer, and nothing ships that cannot be settled.

  • Unavailable at source means unavailable for you
  • Unlist synced products in one step
  • Mid-flight shortages resolve as rejections, not ghosts
  • Customer-facing status stays accurate

How it works

1

Supplier stock is the source

Wholesale cards read live availability from the supplier's inventory.

2

Import links, not copies

Your listings stay synced to the supplier's stock and wholesale price.

3

Orders check stock in flight

Confirm → forward → accept: demand is checked against real stock before dispatch.

4

Unavailable means unlisted

When the source runs out, your storefront follows — no overselling.

Who its for

Who this matters to

Resellers who have been burned by selling items a supplier could not ship — and suppliers who need one honest stock count across wholesale, dropship and their own sales channels.

Any business running SYEZPOS POS and a storefront together: the same inventory discipline that prevents double-selling at a counter applies to dropship orders too.
